Our company was founded by Larry Cotter Jr. in 1985 and in Brockton , Massachusetts, and two years later relocated to the Lakes Region of central New Hampshire, where we’ve been involved with Commercial, Retail, and Residential construction ever since.

In 2004, we moved into our newly remodeled office building located in the Village area of Moultonborough, New Hampshire, and in 2011 will open a new design center to serve our residential clients.
