It’s your home; it should reflect your wants, needs, tastes and lifestyle.  That’s why every new home we build starts with a clean sheet of paper.

Making your plan selection is one of the most important, yet enjoyable, parts of the planning/building process.  You get to bring us your ideas, along with any pictures drawings or plans that will help us get a clear picture of your vision of home.  We’ll take those ideas and dreams, make a trip to your building site to understand the site logistics, help you establish a budget, and begin developing a plan that will meet your needs.

Portfolio Plans… Personalized… Or Complete Custom Design – Your Choice!

Once we’ve achieved a clear understanding of your vision of home, you’ll have three choices:

It may be that your ideas closely align with a plan already in our portfolio.  In that case, much of the design and engineering costs might be eliminated or reduced by using these existing designs.  We’ll be happy to share what we have with you, plus the extensive plan library from our modular partner, Epoch Homes.

Or, you might find an existing plan that meets many of your needs, but requires some modifications.  We’ll work with those, make the needed adjustments, and have your personalized plans back to you quickly.

Like many of our customers, you may want to have us develop your plans from ‘scratch’.  Customization is our specialty, as it allows you to specify every aspect of your new home.  We’ll take care of everything – from design through engineering and construction.

Throughout the process, understand that ‘you’re the boss’ – you control the outcome.  We’ll give you our best recommendations, explain your options, then follow your directions to make sure your home is everything you expect it to be.
